Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping box and secure the prepaid return label provided via email to the outside.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
